Peyton previously served as a Managing Director in the Savills Miami office, where he focuses on advising office occupiers across South Florida. Specializing in tenant representation, Peyton partners closely with clients to align real estate strategies with business objectives — from site selection and lease negotiations to long-term portfolio planning.

Peyton brings significant expertise in the Miami/Dade County and Florida markets. Known for his responsiveness and ability to simplify complex real estate challenges, Peyton has built lasting relationships with high-growth companies, professional service firms, and organizations navigating key moments of change. Clients appreciate his collaborative approach, which enables them to make more informed decisions in a complex market.

Before joining Savills, Peyton served as Vice President of Office Advisory at Avison Young in Miami-Dade, where he represented both landlords and tenants. His early work managing day-to-day leasing activity and communication with ownership teams shaped his strategic, detail-oriented approach to brokerage today.
